Madden Front Office is the premiere Madden fantasy sim community. MFO was founded by Jox and Chef in the summer of 2018 debuting in Madden 19. MFO means to provide the most immersive team-building experience straight out the gate. MFO is a fantasy league, meaning at the start of each Madden each team drafts their entire 53-man roster from the pool of NFL players, allowing all teams to potentially start on even ground. As a content-driven league, all members of the community are expected to create content for their teams, ranging from podcasts to press releases.
